Our Story

We are a team of founders who spent years building consumer apps in Paris.
We saw the same frustration over and over. Dashboards are great for scale, but they never explain why people behave the way they do.

Talking to users gave the best answers. But research was slow, manual, and hard to repeat. Most teams skip it, and lose touch with what matters.

We built Pillow as the tool we wished we had. A way to bring the user's voice back into the process without slowing down.
